Brought to Lansing by Domonique Brace and Sharde' Burton, owners of [North Star Birthing Services](https://www.northstardoulas.com/), this incredible event provided a platform to discuss the realities of menopause and advocate for better awareness, education, and resources. With a powerful film and expert panelists—including Dr. Elena Alawa, D.O. owner of [True Health Solutions Clinic](https://truehealthsolutionsclinic.com/), who previously led an insightful session for Rathbun staff on this very topic—attendees left with a renewed understanding of how menopause affects daily life, career longevity, and overall well-being.
