## Continued Learning Matters: Heather & Darren Travel to Cincinnati for Life Insurance Training

- Posted on Tuesday, November 4, 2025

Earlier this month, two of our Producers – **Heather Cooper-Kim** and **Darren Bardell** – had the opportunity to head to Cincinnati, Ohio for a multi-day education program focused on Cincinnati Life Insurance.

During this in-depth training, Heather and Darren spent time learning the ins and outs of life insurance, how these products are structured, what options are available, and the best ways to guide and support clients who are seeking this important coverage. Life insurance is a deeply personal decision and is one of the most meaningful financial tools a family can have in place to provide protection, security, and peace of mind. Ensuring our team is trained to confidently support those conversations is a priority for us at Rathbun Insurance.

We are proud of Heather and Darren for stepping away from their day-to-day work to invest in continued learning — and yes, enjoy some fun along the way — so they can be better prepared to be there when it matters most for our clients.

At Rathbun Insurance, professional development isn’t just encouraged — it’s part of how we serve. When our team grows, our clients benefit.

_Being There Matters Most._
