## Stop on by! Rathbun Insurance Renovation Complete

We are thrilled to share that Rathbun Insurance has officially completed our office renovation and we are back working from our original location at the corner of Saginaw and Pine — the very place we’ve proudly called home since the 1950s.

Thanks to an $850,000 remodel project, our beloved building has been given a much-needed new life. If you visited us before the renovation, you know: while our space held decades of memories, it was in desperate need of repair. Today, we are blessed with a fresh, welcoming environment that reflects who we are and how we serve our clients.

Throughout this project, we were committed to supporting our community by working with local and Michigan-based contractors. Investing back into our region and claiming our space for years to come at the corner of Saginaw and Pine wasn’t just a goal — it was a priority. This new chapter for Rathbun Insurance is a direct result of the hard work, talent, and dedication of our neighbors and partners right here in Michigan.

And the best part? We’re just getting started.
We are excited to share that we’ll be hosting an Open House in summer 2026 to celebrate Rathbun Insurance’s 70th anniversary — seven decades of being a small, independent business right here in Lansing, serving our neighbors with pride.

We are honored by this opportunity for a fresh start in a familiar place, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to see the transformation for yourself. Thank you for being part of our story — past, present, and future.
