## We’d Love Your Review on Google!

- Posted on Tuesday, November 4, 2025

At Rathbun Insurance, **Being There Matters Most** — and part of being there is continually listening, evolving, improving, and growing alongside our community.

One of the best ways you can support our agency is by taking a moment to leave us a Google Review. Not only does this help future customers find a trusted local resource, but it allows us to continue thriving as a small, independent, community-based insurance agency here in Greater Lansing.

### Why Your Review Matters

When you share your experience — whether it’s a conversation with a producer, a claims assistance story during a difficult time, questions answered with patience and education, or the comfort of knowing someone genuinely stood by your side — those words help others understand what it means to work with Rathbun Insurance.

Reviews:

- Build trust with new customers looking for guidance

- Help our agency show up in local search results (which matters a lot for small business visibility!)

- Provide feedback that helps us grow and continue to elevate our service experience

- Strengthen the long-standing reputation of a 70-year Lansing legacy and family-built agency

### Thank you for taking the time

We know your time is valuable. Taking 30–60 seconds to share your experience truly makes a meaningful difference to a locally-owned business like ours. Whether you have worked with us for decades or just recently joined our Rathbun family, your voice matters.

Thank you so much for supporting Rathbun Insurance. Supporting small businesses doesn’t always have to mean spending money — a review makes a very real impact. And every encouraging word shared about your experience helps us continue to serve and protect this community with heart.

**Being there matters most — and we appreciate you being there for us, too.**
