## Welcoming Allison Hills: Investing in an Even Better Client Experience at Rathbun Insurance

We’re excited to welcome Allison Hills to Rathbun Insurance as our new Receptionist!

This is a brand-new position at Rathbun and an important investment in the experience we provide our insureds. Allison will often be the first voice you hear when you call our office, helping connect clients to the right person faster and more efficiently.

Allison brings more than four years of customer service and office operations experience, along with experience managing schedules, client communication, and administrative support. She also previously interned with a local insurance agency, where she answered and directed client calls, assisted with policy updates and inquiries, and supported daily office operations.
We’re especially proud that Allison is a graduate of the Wilson Talent Center Business & Risk Management program, giving her an early foundation in business and risk management right here in our community.

Creating this position is another way Rathbun is investing in our team and in better serving our insureds. We’re thrilled to have Allison join us and look forward to introducing her to our clients and community.
