This role plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for every client, prospect, and visitor by delivering exceptional service both over the phone and in person. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring every interaction reflects Rathbun Insurance's commitment to outstanding customer service.
