We are thrilled to welcome Kai Brewer as the newest member of our Rathbun Insurance team! Kai joins us as an Account Manager, bringing over four years of experience in the insurance industry from her previous roles with State Farm and Farmers Insurance.

Born and raised right here in Lansing, Kai is deeply rooted in the community we proudly serve. She is licensed in both personal and commercial insurance and has worked closely with agents and policyholders in a variety of roles—building a strong foundation in policy knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving.

Kai shared with us that what drew her to Rathbun was more than just the role—it was our culture. She described her approach as being grounded in clear communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others feel confident in their coverage. She believes in personalized service and meaningful relationships, which aligns perfectly with our mission that Being There Matters Most.

Outside of the office, Kai is a proud mom, a commercial model, and a passionate ballet dancer—sharing her love for dance while raising her daughter right here in Lansing.
