At Rathbun Insurance, Being There Matters Most—and that means showing up proudly and intentionally for the communities we serve. We’re thrilled to partner with West Bend Insurance Company to support this year’s Lansing Pride Festival, taking place Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 1 PM to 10 PM in Old Town Lansing!

The mission of Lansing Pride is to create inclusive spaces and provide resources for LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies to celebrate identity, community, and joy. We’re honored to be a part of this celebration and will be on-site at the festival with a Rathbun Insurance booth at location #126. Stop by and say hello!

In preparation for the big event—and to kick off Pride Month—our team gathered for a colorful team-building experience. Half the team got creative with tie-dyeing t-shirts while the other half enjoyed breakfast, music, and great conversation. Then we swapped! This was our first team-building event in our newly remodeled office, and it couldn’t have been more joyful or meaningful.

It was a simple but powerful way to connect, celebrate, and prepare to show up in full color for Lansing
