We are excited to officially welcome Ricardo Morales as our new Operations and Marketing Specialist at Rathbun Insurance!
Ricardo joined our team on June 2 and brings with him a strong foundation in strategic communications and leadership. A recent graduate of Michigan State University, Ricardo earned his Bachelor of Science in Advertising Management and served as the President of the Native American and Hispanic Business Students (NAHBS) organization during his senior year. His experience leading a student organization focused on empowerment, networking, and professional growth speaks volumes about his ability to collaborate, communicate, and drive impact—all qualities that align perfectly with Rathbun’s mission and values.
Originally from Detroit, Ricardo is making the Lansing area his new home, and we’re thrilled to support his journey as he begins his professional career in the heart of our community. He joins our team at a pivotal time, and we’re confident that his contributions will strengthen both our internal operations and external communications.
In his role, Ricardo will help enhance our communications efforts, ensuring our messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with our brand. He will play a key part in leveling up our marketing data, helping us better track performance, measure results, and refine our outreach strategies. Ricardo will also provide vital support to our management and sales team meetings, assisting with organization, planning, and follow-through to ensure productive and efficient collaboration.
Additionally, Ricardo will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our physical office, helping us maintain a welcoming and functional space that supports our team’s success. From internal logistics to special projects, he’ll have a hand in many of the behind-the-scenes efforts that keep Rathbun running smoothly.
