At Rathbun Insurance, we believe investing in the next generation is one of the most important ways we can live our values—and this year, we proudly continued that tradition by hosting our annual intern swap with Accident Fund Insurance for the third year in a row!

We welcomed four incredible interns from Accident Fund, along with a recent graduate from Detroit’s Cass Technical High School, for a full day of exploration, learning, and connection at our agency. From “Business Operations 101” to deep dives into sales, service, and community engagement, the day was packed with opportunities to understand the inner workings of an independent insurance agency.

We also talked about the importance of continued professional development and the many career paths available within the insurance industry. As always, our goal was to offer real insight and

practical exposure to help young professionals envision their futures.

Oh—and did we mention the fun? The group even created a playful video testing their knowledge of insurance terms with a game of “Real or Fake?” Be sure to check it out on our social media channels next week!
