Rathbun Insurance Producer Heather Cooper-Kim and Commercial Account Executive Cheryl Grimes had an absolute blast attending The Greatest Flow on Earth – 10 Years of Helping Women Period! The evening was filled with joy, gratitude, and celebration of the powerful impact this local organization has had on our community since 2015.
Guests enjoyed a lively night featuring:

• DJ sets from Whitney Who (featuring Whitney from Starfarm!)
• Delicious appetizers from The Soup Spoon Café and The Abundance Café — including gluten-free and vegan options
• A cash bar, permanent jewelry by Maddie & Rose, and a fashionable moments photo booth to capture the memories
Helping Women Period (HWP) has spent the last decade ensuring that no one in our community has to go without essential menstrual products. Founded in 2015 by friends Lysne Tait and Amy Stephenson, HWP began after the two read an article about the challenges individuals experiencing homelessness face when accessing menstrual supplies. What started as a small breakfast fundraiser with over 100 attendees quickly grew into a statewide movement.
Today, Helping Women Period has distributed over 8 million menstrual products to those in need throughout Michigan. Through partnerships, advocacy, donations, and education, HWP continues to fight period poverty and bring dignity and equity to people across the state.
