At Rathbun Insurance, Being There Matters Most — and that includes being there for the children in our community during the holiday season. Tuesday, our entire team came together for one of our favorite annual traditions: our Toys for Tots shopping event and holiday dinner!
Each year, every staff member receives $50 to pick out toys that will make a child’s holiday a little brighter. We split into groups, grab a cart, and hit the aisles with excitement — choosing dolls, puzzles, building sets, sports gear, stuffed animals, and more. It’s impossible not to feel the magic when you’re imagining the smiles these gifts will bring to local families.
This tradition allows us to do what we love most: support our community while spending quality time with one another. It’s a simple act that connects us back to the heart of the season — generosity, compassion, and togetherness.
After filling the donation bin for Toys for Tots, we cap the evening off with our annual team holiday dinner — a chance to enjoy great food, reflect on a year of accomplishments, and celebrate the truly special people who make up the Rathbun family.
