This week, we’re excited to spotlight Personal Lines Account Manager, Martha Beurle, who chose to direct her $70 donation to MARK Advocacy Group.
MARK Advocacy Group is a nonprofit with a mission that hits close to home. It was founded by Rathbun’s very own Producer, Marcy Rzepka, and is rooted in compassion, connection, and advocacy.
MARK walks alongside individuals and families navigating kidney disease and other chronic illnesses. Their work goes far beyond awareness. They provide emotional support, practical guidance, and empower people to advocate for themselves during some of the most overwhelming moments in their lives.
From helping individuals prepare for medical appointments to untangling complex insurance questions, MARK ensures that no one has to navigate the healthcare system alone. They are building a community grounded in understanding, offering outreach events, volunteer opportunities, and awareness campaigns that connect people with real support and real hope.
As Martha shared, “Mark Advocacy Group supports and educates individuals and families navigating chronic illness, addiction, and life’s toughest challenges. My nephew faced serious kidney issues and underwent two kidney transplants, making this mission deeply personal to me.”
Martha’s choice reflects something we see every day at Rathbun Insurance. Our team doesn’t just show up for our clients. They show up for their communities in meaningful and personal ways.
