This year, we continued our annual tradition of recognizing the incredible individuals who keep our agency running smoothly. Our Account Managers, Commercial Account Executives, and our Office Manager/Executive Assistant each arrived to find flowers waiting for them on their desks—a small gesture to start the day with appreciation and gratitude.
From there, the team stepped away from their desks to enjoy lunch together, giving them a well-deserved opportunity to connect, recharge, and celebrate one another.
While they were out, Rathbun Insurance owners and producers stepped in to answer phones and greet walk-in clients, roles our service team fills every single day with consistency, professionalism, and care. It was a meaningful reminder of just how essential their work is to the overall client experience.
