That’s why we were excited to had three of our Account Managers, Martha Beuerle, Kai Brewer, and Allegra Cagigas, attend Frankenmuth Insurance’s Agency Academy: The Indispensable CSR on Thursday, May 21, 2026, in Ann Arbor.
This outstanding professional development program was designed specifically for Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers, the individuals who truly serve as the backbone of an insurance agency. Every day, our Account Managers work directly with clients to answer questions, solve problems, educate on coverages, and provide support during some of life’s most important moments. Their work is essential to delivering on our vision statement: Being There Matters Most.
Throughout the course, participants focused on strengthening skills that directly impact the client experience, including:
- Developing a more consultative approach with clients both in person and over the phone
- Strengthening questioning and listening skills to better understand client needs
- Understanding and answering questions related to basic insurance coverages
- Learning how and why to cross-sell additional lines of business
- Building and refining their personal brands as trusted insurance professionals
