At Rathbun Insurance, we believe that investing in the next generation is one of the most meaningful ways we can live out our vision of “Being There Matters Most.” This summer, we are excited to welcome not just one, but two interns to our team, bringing fresh perspectives, energy, and curiosity into our agency.
Today, we are proud to introduce our second summer intern, Rayon Sanders.
Rayon joins us as a local student from Everett High School with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow through real-world experience. Throughout his work experiences, including roles in food service, retail, maintenance, and office support; Rayon has already demonstrated the importance of teamwork, communication, and taking initiative.
Rayon will be participating in our Internship Passport Program, where he will gain exposure to multiple areas of the insurance industry; from client service and operations to marketing and community engagement. Throughout the summer, he will engage in hands-on learning, attend meetings, participate in community events, and work on meaningful projects that contribute to our agency.
With two interns joining us this summer, we are especially excited about the opportunity for collaboration, shared learning, and peer support. Interns will not only learn from our team and external partners, but also from each other, building connections and confidence along the way.
At Rathbun Insurance, internships are more than just a summer experience. They are an opportunity to open doors, build skills, and help individuals explore careers they may not have otherwise considered. We are proud to play a small role in that journey.
