Rathbun Insurance is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our agency. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for every client, prospect, and visitor by delivering exceptional service both over the phone and in person. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring every interaction reflects Rathbun Insurance's commitment to outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day responsibility for answering phones and properly routing calls
- Properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning all incoming documents
- into agency document management system each day
- Retrieve documents from carrier websites as appropriate from carrier websites for handling by Account Managers
- Train staff in the use of phone system
- All other duties as assigned by Inside Sales Manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with basic multiple line PBX phone system w/monitor
- Experience working document management preferred
