Kenadi Williams serves as Rathbun Insurance’s Office Manager and Executive Assistant, where she plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for many clients and visitors, Kenadi creates a welcoming and professional experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

A Lansing local, Kenadi brings prior office management experience along with a strong attention to detail and a passion for organization. In her role, she supports both the agency’s operations and leadership team, helping coordinate workflows, manage administrative functions, and ensure the team has what they need to best serve clients.

Kenadi’s work behind the scenes allows the Rathbun team to stay focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and living out the agency’s mission of Being There Matters Most.
