Rafal Kopacewicz is a Personal and Commercial Lines Producer at Rathbun Insurance, where he is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. He works closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide personalized insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Before joining Rathbun Insurance, Rafal gained experience as a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, assisting clients with personal insurance needs, educating them on coverage options, and guiding them through the insurance buying process. Prior to entering the insurance industry, he built a successful career in information technology and consulting, where he developed expertise in problem-solving, communication, and client service—skills that continue to benefit his clients today.

Rafal holds a Michigan Property & Casualty Producer License and earned a master's degree in Computer Science from Bialystok Technical University in Poland. His analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for continuous learning allow him to help clients navigate complex insurance decisions with confidence.
