We are thrilled to share that Rathbun Insurance is kicking off another year in the Insurance BFF Mentorship Program at the Wilson Talent Center! We’re fortunate to have such an incredible resource right here in the greater Lansing area, serving our community and preparing the next generation of leaders in business and risk management.

As part of the six-month Insurance BFF Mentor Program, second-year Business and Risk Management students are paired with professionals from the insurance industry for mentorship and hands-on learning. Our very own Ben Rathbun, CEO, is proud to once again serve as a mentor.

This year, Ben is partnered with Brihanna Berwald, a senior from Haslett High School who is entering her second year of the Business and Risk Management program. We were fortunate to get to know Brihanna last year through her participation in the program’s first-year coursework, and we are absolutely thrilled to be paired with her this year!

Over the next six months, Ben and Brihanna will explore the insurance world together—diving into real-world applications, professional development, and all the opportunities this industry has to offer.
