Ricardo plays a key role in strengthening Rathbun’s marketing efforts—elevating data tracking and reporting systems, optimizing outreach strategies, and supporting team initiatives with thoughtful planning and execution. He’s also a central figure in the agency’s operations, contributing to the success of management and sales meetings and overseeing key logistical functions that keep the office running smoothly.
