At Rathbun Insurance, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our operations. We recognize that embracing and celebrating our differences makes us stronger, more empathetic, and better equipped to serve our diverse clientele. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.

Our DEI commitments are as follows

We value and respect individuals from all backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and socio-economic status. We collaborate with organizations and community leaders working towards equity and inclusion, striving to make a positive impact beyond our business operations.

Bi-Lingual and Diverse Staff: We know and acknowledge there is a pressing need to ensure diverse staff are represented at all levels of our organization including but not limited to our leadership team and a Spanish-speaking producer and account manager. These efforts will help us better serve our current and prospective customers long with the Spanish-speaking community in the greater Lansing area. We currently face budgetary and planning constraints that prevent us from doing so immediately. However, we are actively working towards bridging this gap.
